4 December 2004 – LAWFUEL – First with law firm, legal, attorney news – Skadden, Arps has significantly expanded its practice in Germany with the addition of corporate partners Walter Henle, Matthias Jaletzke, Bernd Mayer and Peter Veranneman. Messrs. Jaletzke and Veranneman will be resident in Skadden’s Frankfurt office.
Messrs. Henle and Mayer will open a Skadden office in Munich along with Lutz Zimmer, who has joined the firm as counsel.
