Women who succeed in law are a lower-ranked group than most people would accept, other than women trying to succeed in law. Every law firm offers what appears to be everything, but the National Law Journal’s research shows they make up just 15 per cent of equity partners. So what’s happening out there?

The NLJ survey showed that at just five firms surveyed, women make up more than 25 percent of equity partners.

The group showing top results for women was:

1. Fragomen (42%)
2. Jackson Kelly (28%)
3. Ice Miller (27%)
4. Best Best Krieger (27%)
5. Ford & Harrison (26%)
