8 February – LAWFUEL – The Law News Network – International law firm, Weil, Gotshal & Manges, is delighted to announce that Marco Compagnoni and Jonathan Wood will be joining the London office as partners in the firm’s Global Private Equity group.
Marco and Jonathan have spent the whole of their professional careers to date at Lovells and have been instrumental in helping that firm’s private equity practice to achieve recognition as a market-leading practice.
Marco has been a partner at Lovells since 1993 and currently heads the firm’s international private equity practice. Having specialized in private equity for over 20 years, Marco is widely acknowledged to be one of only a handful of London lawyers who are genuinely pre-eminent in the field of private equity.
Jonathan has been at Lovells for almost ten years and has specialized in international private equity for most of that time. He is acknowledged to be a rising star in the private equity field.
