Three Crowns is pleased to announce the opening of its new office in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) in January 2026. With the addition of this office, Three Crowns now operates from six international offices, including London, Paris, Washington DC, Singapore, and Madrid.
Three Crowns offers deep expertise across industry sectors in commercial, construction and investor-State arbitration, public international law disputes, and arbitration-related litigation.
The firm has advised and acted for corporations, sovereign States, and State-owned entities on more than 100 matters across the Middle East, Africa and South Asia. The opening of the DIFC office formalises the firm’s longstanding work with clients in the region and reflects the firm’s continued growth since its founding in 2014 as specialist counsel for high-value, complex and multi-jurisdictional disputes.
The office will be led by partner Manish Aggarwal, a leading arbitration practitioner who has been with the firm since its launch in 2014 and has acted on many of its most significant matters. Partners Reza Mohtashami KC and Simon Elliot will also maintain an effective presence in Dubai, with Reza bringing regional leadership experience from his prior practice in Dubai and Simon contributing expertise in construction and infrastructure disputes. The office will also include several other lawyers with extensive experience in regional and international matters, relevant Arabic language capabilities, and strong relationships with leading regional firms.
Manish Aggarwal, Managing Partner of the Dubai office, commented: “Opening in the DIFC is a natural next step for our firm. Our clients’ disputes are increasingly global in scale and complexity, and the region’s leading role in both inward and outward investment makes it an essential hub for high-value arbitration and enforcement work. We look forward to deepening our support for clients in the Middle East, South Asia, and Africa, while strengthening our integration across the firm’s global platform”.
Liz Snodgrass, Executive Partner of Three Crowns, added: “Establishing a dedicated office in the DIFC reinforces our commitment to clients whose disputes span multiple jurisdictions and arbitral systems. With this office, clients will benefit from immediate access to a world-class team, both in Dubai and across our international network. The region’s portfolio of complex, large-scale projects makes our strategic focus on sophisticated arbitration work particularly relevant”.
With the launch of its DIFC office, Three Crowns reinforces its position as a leading global arbitration law firm, delivering specialist advocacy and exceptional results in the world’s most challenging international disputes.
