There’s something of a crisis-of-confidence occuring in respect of barristers in the United Kingdom. In recent weeks the Court of Appeal heard the case of a barrister who was convicted of filming up the skirts of unsuspecting supermarket shoppers. In another case, a barrister was prosecuted after allegedly flashing his penis at a wedding reception and beating another guest unconscious. What’s going on here? The Times reports.
