ATLANTA (April 11) — Kilpatrick Stockton announced today that Adria Perez, an attorney in the firm’s Litigation Department, was selected to serve on the Atlanta Community ToolBank’s Board of Directors.
The Atlanta Community ToolBank provides durable tools and supplies to charitable organizations of all kinds, for use in volunteer service projects. The ToolBank equipped more than 54,000 volunteers in 2006 to perform over 730 service projects in every corner of Atlanta. Typical uses of ToolBank equipment include park cleanups, tree plantings, neighborhood beautification days, and community gardens. The ToolBank works with more than 200 charitable agencies throughout Atlanta every year, lending them equipment so that they can decrease their program costs and increase their project impact.
This year’s Board of Directors is composed of individuals representing a broad spectrum of regional business, legal and support organizations.
