ATLANTA (January 18) – LAWFUEL – US Business Law – Kilpatrick Stockton announced today the addition of Bruce Douglas to the firm’s Capital Markets Team. Mr. Douglas is joining the firm’s Atlanta office as Counsel in the Financial Transactions, Real Estate and Restructuring Department.
Mr. Douglas brings a wide range of experience in commercial finance and real estate, including real estate development and restructuring which will enhance an already strong Real Estate Capital Markets team at the firm. He has also provided legal assistance to a variety of national and regional real estate transactions dealing with retail, office, industrial, apartment and hotel projects.
In addition to being active in numerous professional organizations including the American Bar Association, Mr. Douglas has served as a visiting professor for the National Urban League Black Executive Exchange Program. He earned his undergraduate degree, with distinction, from Dartmouth College and his law degree from Cornell Law School.
