Both Mr. Albright and Mr. Shelton previously were with the Austin office of
the national technology law firm Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich. Mr.
Albright, a former U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Western District of Texas
and a successful trial lawyer, represents Plano, TX-based Microtune Inc.,
Palo Alto, CA-based Hewlett-Packard Co., and Austin, TX-based Cirrus Logic
Inc.

Richardson, he worked as in-house intellectual property counsel for San
Diego-based Wireless Knowledge Inc. prior to joining Gray Cary.
