BALTIMORE, MD September 16, 2005 – LAWFUEL – The Law News Network – Ober|Kaler counsel Paul W. Kim has been named among the nation’s “Outstanding Young Healthcare Lawyers – 2005” by Nightingale’s Healthcare News.
Mr. Kim, 35, was one of fifteen attorneys selected from a pool of national health care lawyers under the age of 40. Representing health care providers, manufacturers, researchers, and payors, Mr. Kim advises clients in all aspects of health law, from corporate compliance to reimbursement issues. He provides legal guidance on improving existing or structuring new business arrangements for compliance with fraud and abuse regulations. Having worked on fraud and abuse, privacy, reimbursement, and clinical research issues from the patient, provider, payor, and government perspectives, he possesses a uniquely com- prehensive knowledge of and experience with the health care industry.

A resident of Laurel, Mr. Kim is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins University School of Public Health (MPH, 2000), University of Maryland School of Law (JD, 1998), and Johns Hopkins University (BA, 1992).
