Beijing – 18 August 2004 Legal news, law news, law firm news & announcements at LAWFUEL – Global law firm Clifford Chance is advising AsiaInfo Holdings, Inc. in its acquisition of the IT services business of Hong Kong-listed Lenovo Group Limited in an all stock deal valued at US$36.6 million. AsiaInfo was the first Chinese company to complete a Nasdaq initial public offering, and is one of the leading software and IT services providers to telecommunications companies and other state-owned enterprises in China. Lenovo is China’s leading manufacturer of personal computers.
The Clifford Chance team in Beijing included Matt Adler (Counsel), Man Lee (Associate) and David Lam (Associate).
