Bird & Bird has entered into a cooperation agreement with Sydney based law firm Truman Hoyle.
Bird & Bird and Truman Hoyle share strengths in key sectors including technology, telecommunications and media. Both firms offer transactional and contentious capabilities in corporate and commercial, competition and regulatory; dispute resolution and IP; infrastructure and employment.
Bird & Bird already has offices in Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong and Singapore, as well as other close relationships with other firms in the Asia-Pacific region; this agreement with Truman Hoyle will help Bird & Bird to further strengthen its offering in the region.
Under the cooperation agreement the firms will be able to jointly-market their services to clients. This will enable Truman Hoyle to access Bird & Bird’s international offices and relationships around the world and Bird & Bird can tap into Truman Hoyle’s expertise as part of its global offering.
