Mr. Stoddard, who is moving from the firm’s Los Angeles office, has 30 years of experience in finance and restructuring as well as corporate work. Mr. Stoddard is one of the most highly-regarded asset-based lending lawyers in the country, with experience spanning a wide range of industries. Mr. Stoddard has authored numerous articles and spoken to professional organizations on a range of topics, including leveraged acquisitions, international finance, NAFTA and asset-based lending.
Among his industry activities, Mr. Stoddard is involved with the Commercial Finance Association, where he interviewed former Federal Reserve Board Chairman Alan Greenspan last November at the organization’s national conference in Washington, D.C. He also chairs CFA’s Education Foundation.
