9 May – LAWFUEL – The Law News Network – Mitchell L. Bach, member in the Litigation Division at Eckert Seamans Cherin and Mellott, LLC, was elected President of the Society Hill Synagogue in Center City Philadelphia, for a two-year term effective May 1, 2005.

Mr. Bach is a member of the Business Law Section and Litigation Section of the American Bar Association. He is the Chair of the ABA Business Law Section’s Committee on Business and Corporate Litigation and Chair of the Business Courts Subcommittee. He is also the immediate past Chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Business Law Section.
