“In addition to his legal accomplishments, Gary’s dedication to advancing social justice and protecting the rights of the disadvantaged is noted throughout the entire community. The Law and Society Award is a testament to his commitment,” said Paul S. Pearlman, Kramer Levin’s managing partner.

For more than 30 years, Mr. Naftalis has remained one of the nation’s leading trial lawyers, representing individuals and corporations in all phases of complex civil, criminal, and regulatory matters including those involving allegations of insider trading, market manipulation, accounting irregularities and other financial fraud. “Being a lawyer carries with it a responsibility to serve the larger community,” said Mr. Naftalis. “Social justice is something I have remained committed to throughout my career, and I am honored to be recognized by an organization that shares this same dedication.”
