PHOENIX – LAWFUEL – Legal Newswire – William Cleveland Mosbarger, 45, of Laveen, Ariz. was sentenced by U.S. District Judge David G. Campbell yesterday to 10 years in federal prison. On September 6, 2007, Mosbarger pleaded guilty to Sexual Abuse of a Minor after he sexually abused a 15-year-old girl on the Gila River Indian Reservation.
