LAWFUEL – Press Release Service – Clifford Chance US LLP announced today that Brynn D. Peltz is joining the firm’s Corporate Finance practice as a partner in the Funds Group, resident in Clifford Chance’s New York office.
Brynn has over 18 years of experience in the investment management sector. Prior to joining Clifford Chance, Brynn was senior counsel at Simpson Thacher, where she handled a wide array of investment management matters for major financial institutions, private equity and hedge-fund sponsors and high net worth individuals. Her experience touches upon virtually every aspect of the investment management industry including registered open-end and closed-end investment companies, hedge funds, private equity funds, business development companies, employee securities companies and advisory and compliance matters.
Brynn also served as an Assistant General Counsel and Vice President in the investment management unit at Kidder, Peabody & Co., Incorporated.
