Kensington Swan Welcomes Back Top Construction and Infrastructure Lawyer
Kensington Swan is delighted to announce that Katrina Van Houtte has joined their construction and major projects team.
Katrina joins the leading construction and major projects team from Fletcher Building, where she has spent the last few years providing in-house legal support to Fletcher Construction in both front-end and back-end matters. Katrina started her career at Kensington Swan in 2006 and has a strong background in construction, litigation and public law.
During her time at Fletcher Building, Katrina worked on some of New Zealand’s largest construction and infrastructure projects. Most recently, she has been managing the legal issues facing Fletcher’s Building and Interiors business, which has put her at the cutting edge of the challenges currently facing the sector.
“Katrina’s arrival will strengthen the firm’s existing construction practice bringing a fresh perspective and a deep understanding of the industry. She will provide a complete offering to the construction and infrastructure sector, offering practical solutions with a flexible, best-for-business approach.” said Partner Paul Buetow.
