Mexican-American Chambers of Commerce. During his time at DART, Mr.
Castaneda was the founder and inaugural president of the Texas General

estate development. In the past few years, he has made presentations to
groups such as the Construction Business & Law Conference, Hispanic
Contractor’s Association, Dallas Independent School District Business

Mr. Castaneda earned his law degree and masters in public policy in a
joint degree program from the Harvard Law School and Harvard’s John F.
Kennedy School of Government. He earned his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University.
