DALLAS- LAWFUEL – Law News Network -Aug. 30, 2006–To expand the firm’s Dallas presence and enhance client service, Bracewell & Giuliani announces its new offices at Fountain Place, one of downtown Dallas’ most distinct buildings. The new offices, located at 1445 Ross Avenue, will open Sept. 5.
Approximately 50 lawyers and staff will occupy the firm’s new 54,000-square-foot office space over three floors. The new location offers a work environment further encouraging collaboration, teamwork and top-of-the-line client service.
Bracewell has long been recognized for its attention to client service. Most recently, the firm earned high marks for the ability to understand client’s businesses, to advise on business issues, to coordinate national resources and international capability and to offer wide-ranging services from the 2006 BTI Client Service A-Team survey, a nationwide survey of Fortune 1000 general counsel.

Operating in Dallas since 1989, Bracewell & Giuliani’s new location dedicates two-thirds of one floor to a client-focused conference and meeting space, with the ability to accommodate up to 165 people at any given time. The space features 10 meeting rooms equipped with state-of-the-art audio/visual technology, flat screen plasma televisions, wireless connections and built-in printers. A fully-automated business center also offers word processing, faxing, mailing and copying.
A full-service catering kitchen can serve clients a variety of meals based on cultural preference and dietary needs. A team of hospitality professionals staffs the conference space to assist clients.

The Dallas attorneys handle finance, corporate and securities, real estate, banking, civil litigation, public law, labor and employment and bankruptcy. The design of the new office space and conference center was created by Gensler and contracted by SpawMaxwell.
