(Dallas) – LAWFUEL – The Law News Network – Outback Steakhouse Inc. (NYSE: OSI) is once again honoring Dallas trial attorney Rogge Dunn for work he’s performed for the restaurant chain.

At its prestigious annual partner’s conference in Orlando, Florida, the company recently recognized Mr. Dunn as a 2004 Purveyor of the Year. In 2001, Mr. Dunn received the same award for work he performed for Outback Steakhouse. In 2002 and 2004, he received the recognition from both Outback and the company’s Carrabba’s Italian Grill chain.

The distinguished award is given annually to Outback service providers who have significantly assisted the company in furthering its business goals. Mr. Dunn has represented Outback Steakhouse Inc. for 10 years. His work with the company entails handling matters involving trade secrets and non-compete issues.

“I am extremely honored and humbled to win this award for the third time,” Mr. Dunn said. “I’ve always enjoyed working with the people at Outback, and I’m glad they feel that my contribution is worth noting.”

Outback Steakhouse Inc. was founded in 1988 and has its headquarters in Florida. The company, with over 1,000 restaurants, operates in all 50 states and in 21 countries.

Rogge Dunn is a Dallas trial attorney and name partner at Clouse Dunn Hirsch, LLP. He regularly provides counsel and trial services to corporations and individual clients. Mr. Dunn is one of only 20 attorneys in Texas who are board certified in both civil trial law and labor and employment law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
