In naming Mr. Lynn to this prominent leadership role for 2007 and 2008, ABA leaders cited his “achievement as one of the nation’s leading litigators.”
The ABA puts great emphasis on its task forces and particularly the Federal Practice Task Force in re-writing and amending the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
