Dr. Roland Maass – practices corporate law with a focus on advising major domestic and international companies on all aspects of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations and equity capital market transactions, and was admitted to the bar in Germany in 1994. He received his LL.M. from New York University School of Law in 1999 and his Dr.jur. from University of Tübingen, Germany, in 1996.
