DLA Piper Lawyer Talks On Restructuring

LAWFUEL – DLA Piper’s Karol Denniston, head of the firm’s West Coast restructuring practice, will discuss whether intangible assets are fully integrated into the asset financing product spectrum at ALM’s 7th Annual Asset Based Lending in the Capital Markets on Thursday, February 14, in Scottsdale, Ariz.

Denniston, based in the firm’s Los Angeles office, focuses her practice on restructuring-related matters, including bankruptcy cases, litigation, corporate insolvency and commercial transactions, from both a debtor and creditor perspective. She has significant experience counseling clients on issues relating to acquisitions, trading and securitization of distressed debt, as well as providing risk management and structural analysis and advice in connection with international financial transactions.
