Blanco and Vittor’s joint presentation will cover characteristics of
natural gas in commercialization contracts and regional supply agreements
in the context of the current South American realities. Additionally, they will discuss the legitimacy of unilateral actions on relations between countries, regional forums and international arbitration, as well as protection mechanisms for parties involved.
Vittor’s LNG panel discussion will feature top-level executives from
GNL Chile, Shell Southern Cone Gas & Power and Cambridge Energy Research
Associates. These industry experts will focus on the global context of the LNG industry, as well as the construction of regasification plants in Latin America and expectations for them. In addition, the panel will discuss the impact that the use of LNG will have on energy integration within the continent.
