An experienced intellectual property lawyer and litigator, Baden advises emerging and mature companies across a wide range of industries, including extensive work with technology and consumer products clients in the establishment, enforcement and defense of their intellectual property rights. He has managed the portfolios of some of the largest companies in the internet commerce, computer and telecommunications fields, and has also provided counsel to a number of prominent Chinese companies.
Additionally, Baden has substantial experience in the areas of corporate asset acquisition and transfers, as well as the sale, acquisition and licensing of IP rights. He has litigated patent and trademark infringement, unfair competition, copyright and patent matters before U.S. district and appellate courts, the U.S. International Trade Commission, and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
