June 19, 2004 – LAWFUEL – Davis Polk & Wardwell advised E*TRADE Financial Corporation on a high-yield debt offering of 8-percent senior notes due 2011 in aggregate principal amount of $400 million. The notes were offered pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S. Based in New York, E*TRADE Financial uses technology to provide brokerage, banking and lending products, primarily through electronic delivery channels.
Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated, Credit Suisse First Boston LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Sandler O’Neill & Partners, L.P. were the initial purchasers.
