Kilpatrick Stockton LLP today announced the addition of G. Scott Humphrey as Partner in the Firm’s Charlotte office. Humphrey joins the Labor & Employment Practice Group and will focus primarily on assisting employer clients in employment or labor litigation in state or federal courts, as well as before the National Labor Relations Board or Department of Labor.

Humphrey regularly counsels employers during union campaigns and unfair labor practice proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board. He has appeared in a number of employment discrimination cases, handling jury and non-jury trials for large and small employers in state and federal courts throughout the country.
He is also very active in assisting employers in designing and implementing employment training programs for employees. One such video training session he produced on behalf of a client, entitled “Dream Jobs?” was nominated for and received a national Award of Excellence as part of the 2000 Videographer Awards honoring informational video productions.
