Kilpatrick Stockton today announced that Partner Neil Falis has been named Atlanta Chapter President of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD).

“Neil has been dedicated to the NACD for years and has made tremendous contributions in terms of time, ideas and effort,” said Mary Madden, past president of NACD’s Atlanta Chapter. “Neil is a very articulate and knowledgeable source regarding issues facing boards and individual directors and we look forward to utilizing his expertise as President of the Atlanta Chapter.”

Mr. Falis has published various articles, and frequently speaks to senior directors and officers of public companies, on corporate governance-related matters.
