Law Firm Welcomes General Counsel Support for Diversity in Law Firms 3

January 28, 2019 – Littler welcomes the support of the more than 170 general counsel urging law firms to improve their diversity efforts in the recent “GCs for Law Firms Diversity” statement.

Diversity and inclusion is an issue of vital importance to our firm. As a law firm that prioritizes inclusivity, we remain steadfast in our commitment to providing opportunities for ethnically diverse and women attorneys to excel. Seventy-two percent of our 2019 shareholder class identify themselves as ethnic minorities or women. (Meet them here.)

For a comprehensive view of our diversity efforts, we also invite you to take a moment to review our recently published 2018 Diversity and Inclusion Annual Report, highlighting our progress throughout the past year. We believe that diversity and inclusion is critical to our firm’s success and results in better solutions for our firm. Just as it has been for 75 years, diversity and inclusion will remain at the core of who we are and what we stand for.
