Keyser, partner in the firm’s Labor, Employment & Immigration Group, has been elected as a Fellow in the American Bar Association’s prestigious College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. Election as a Fellow is among the highest honors that may be bestowed upon an attorney in her field and is reserved for those few selected by their colleagues as demonstrating outstanding performance in the profession, and exemplifying integrity, dedication and excellence. She joins as a Fellow our partner Steven Suflas, one of the initial members of the College, as well as our partners John Langel and Tom Felix.
Membership to the College is by invitation only and marks a lawyer’s sustained and outstanding performance. The annual installation of Fellows will be held at the annual convention of the American Bar Association (ABA) being held on August 6, 2006.
Keyser is a partner in the Litigation Department at Ballard Spahr and a member of the Labor, Employment & Immigration and the Health Care group. For over twenty years, she has represented national and locally-based businesses in all types of labor and employment matters, including collective bargaining, arbitrations, OSHA, ERISA, wage and hour, employment-at-will, wrongful discharge, discrimination, management training, and affirmative action.
