LawFuel Press Release Service – MiamiGirl of TheNewMiamian.com launches a reality blog about what it’s like to live in Miami from the perspective of a newcomer. TheNewMiamian.com has grown substantially over the past three months to include over 100 articles and over 300 comments from the author and its readers.

Miami, FL (PRWEB/LawFuel.com) June 14, 2006 — MiamiGirl of TheNewMiamian.com had a hard time adjusting to her move to Miami. Frustrated by her experience and the lack of “non-glossy” information out there for newcomers, she decided to chronicle her experiences in a blog appropriately named TheNewMiamian.com.

“It started off as a simple idea to journal my ‘living in Miami’ experiences. Every day I started receiving visitor feedback and questions from people looking to move to Miami, from all over the US and in Europe too. I guess I was taken by surprise by its popularity but now I see how important The NewMiamian.com is for people looking for realistic Miami information. It has a great community feel and the comment section is wonderful at giving useful and interesting advice.

Her categories are arranged by topics like, “Ask a Local Miamian”, “Miami Humor”, “Pet Adoptions in Miami”, “Miami Neighborhoods” and she also has a regularly updated photo section that contains beautiful photographs of Miami and its people. MiamiGirl says, “The sky is the limit for this blog and I have many great plans for it…the people who write in with questions keep me on my toes, now I only wish I could get by with three hours of sleep per day.”

She also has on off Miami category titled “The Rednecks and Me“, she says it provides her with an outlet to talk about her crazy Southern family. “It’s also a very popular area and I think people like it because it gives them a good feel for my true personality.”

The future is bright for this New Miamian and when asked about how she feels about Miami now, she replies smiling, “I love this city and all its craziness. When I drive across any of the bridges back and forth to the beach, I just sigh and think finally I am home.”
