and the Louvre have entered into a three-year sponsorship agreement. As
part of this arrangement, Debevoise will provide the Louvre with legal
advice in connection with a variety of matters, focusing primarily in
the areas of public and international law. Lawyers at the firm will
review and prepare documentation in connection with the implementation
of several projects currently being undertaken by the Louvre, ensuring
compliance with applicable laws.
