LAWFUEL – The Law Firm Newswire – Jones Day has just assisted SAP, the world’s leading provider of business software, in acquiring OutlookSoft Corporation, a privately held provider of integrated planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation software targeted at CFOs.
