A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join this national organisation and assist the Corporate Counsel in managing an efficient legal department.

You will be responsible for the distribution of Board papers, preparation of Board minutes from corporate counsel’s notes, ensuring action points are communicated to relevant people, assist with the drafting of Corporate Counsel’s Board papers, management of corporate counsel’s diary and arranging meetings, on-line filing of company’s annual returns and company records. You will also be responsible for maintaining the contracts register and preparation of Contracts Board Report, as well as general administrative duties.

You will need to have proven PA experience at an executive level either within a legal or corporate environment, top notch technical skills, fast and accurate typing with intellect to match. A diploma in commercial business or law, or Legal Executive qualification is desirable.

You will need to be able to demonstrate an ability to draft letters, write up minutes from own or another’s notes, show initiative, work autonomously and have the flexibility to manage a broad range of challenges!!

Our client is ideally looking for somebody to work 3 full-time days per week, or 5 days part-time although some flexibility will be given to the right person.
