This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Solicitor/Senior Associate employment lawyer with relevant New Zealand experience, to expand and develop their career in a highly respected law firm. It will appeal to a legal professional who seeks the collegiality and professionalism of a group of very talented lawyers and a culture which is respectful of work life balance.

As a Senior Associate you will play a crucial role in helping to build and maintain the strong client relationships of the firm. You will be required to regularly engage with clients and assist in growing the employment practice. You will use your technical expertise within an autonomous environment to execute a wide portfolio of assignments spanning both the public and private sectors. Supporting the Partners, you will provide a ‘hands on’ approach to the practice, following developments in employment law and maintaining an interest in current business affairs.
