London, United Kingdom – 15th April 2005 – LAWFUEL – The Law News Network – International law firm Dechert LLP advised client Land Securities on its £75m sale of Slough Retail Park to the Junction Limited Partnership.
The park compromises 150,000 sq ft currently occupied by DFS, Homebase, Wickes, MFI, Harveys, Furniture Land and Land of Leather.
The Junction, set up jointly in 2002 by Capital & Regional and Morley Fund Management, owns and operates a £1.2 billion retail park portfolio, including 19 destination retail parks throughout the UK.
