MIAMI, FL – January 22, 2006 – LAWFUEL – The Law News Network – Fitzhugh, Parker & Alvaro LLP (FP&A), New England’s largest minority-owned law firm, today announced that it has formed a partnership with Miami-based Adorno & Yoss (A&Y), the nation’s largest, certified minority-owned law firm. FP&A becomes Adorno & Yoss’ New England office, doing business as Adorno, Yoss, Fitzhugh, Parker & Alvaro LLP.

The partnership will increase the client base of both firms, a roster that consists primarily of Fortune 500 companies. These clients will now be able to benefit form an increased national presence that covers 92% of the nation’s largest urban centers with over 270 attorneys in 20 locations nationally and internationally.

The Partnership has been approved by a vote of the partners and members of both firms and took effect on January 19, 2006.
