MILWAUKEE (February 10, 2015) — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that a mergers & acquisitions team led by partner Patricia M. Hutter represented Mason Wells Buyout Fund II, Limited Partnership, a leading Midwest-based private equity firm, in connection with its sale of Charter NEX Holding Company to Pamplona Capital Management. The transaction closed February 5, 2015.
“We are extremely pleased to have assisted Mason Wells with its successful exit from the Charter NEX investment.” said Hutter.
The deal involved Hutter and several partners including John Barry, Bernard Kearney, Marta Levine, Dave Olson, Liz Orelup, Peter Tomasi, Matthew Vogel, and Judith Williams-Killackey.
