CHARLOTTE, N.C. – March 1, 2018 – Margaret (Maggie) Hanrahan, a shareholder in the Charlotte office of Ogletree Deakins, has been named co-chair of the firm’s Class Action Practice Group. Hanrahan will serve alongside Patrick Hulla, who has chaired the group for more than a decade.
Hanrahan has practiced employment law since 2004, spending the majority of her career in the Atlanta and Charlotte offices of Ogletree Deakins. Through the years of her practice, she has developed extensive experience litigating and managing large-scale class and collective actions. Hanrahan also regularly assists companies of all sizes with general wage-hour advice and is particularly knowledgeable about independent contractor misclassification issues.
