Martin Jr. has joined the firm as Of Counsel in the Corporate and Securities Department in the New York office. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Mr. Martin was a partner at Coudert Brothers LLP. He has extensive project finance experience in representing developers and operators of energy projects including restructurings, refinancings and other related matters. He also has extensive experience in general corporate finance matters, mergers and acquisitions, public and private offerings as well as advising clients with respect to the formation of limited liability companies and joint ventures.
