Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Mr. Novikoff was a partner at Willkie, Farr & Gallagher. Mr. Novikoff’s experience includes unsolicited and negotiated mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, venture capital investments, and general corporate & securities law matters.
