New York, July, 2006 – Morrison & Foerster LLP announced that Jonathan Kahn has joined the firm as partner in the Capital Markets practice group. The addition of Mr. Kahn further strengthens what has become one of the leading securities transactions practices in the country.
Mr. Kahn brings 15 years of experience in corporate finance transactions and securities matters, with particular experience in high-yield debt offerings. He has represented underwriters and issuers in a full range of securities transactions. He also has significant experience representing publicly held companies in general corporate and securities matters.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Kahn was a partner at White & Case. He received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 1990.
