Greenberg Traurig, LLP announced today that Kenneth A. Gerasimovich has
joined the firm as a Shareholder in the Corporate and Securities Department
in the New York office. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Gerasimovich
was Counsel in the Mergers & Acquisitions at Shearman &
Sterling LLP. Gerasimovich has extensive experience representing domestic
and multinational corporations in acquisitions and sales of public and
private companies and assets. His practice includes a broad range of
matters including mergers, tender offers, proxy contests, stock and asset
acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures and other significant
corporate transactions, as well as general corporate advisory work.
