OKLAHOMA CITY, Oct. 22 2004 LAWFUEL – Lawsuit, class action, legal, attorney news— On October 21, 2004, a Securities
Class action was filed on behalf of shareholders of Dobson Communications,
Inc. (Nasdaq: DCEL) (“Dobson”) for the class period from May 19, 2003 through
August 9, 2004. The lawsuit alleges, in part, that Dobson concealed a
significant decrease in roaming revenues, the single largest contributor to
Dobson’s revenues, thereby causing the Company’s stock to trade at
artificially inflated levels.
