Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP (Paul Hastings) represented Los Angeles-based Savacor, Inc. in its acquisition by St. Jude Medical, Inc. for $50 million in cash at close, with additional undisclosed terms tied to regulatory and sales milestones. The deal was signed on November 29, 2005 and closed on December 30, 2005.
