Mr. Gallagher is a partner with Pepper Hamilton, resident in the Berwyn office. He concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate finance, private equity, family businesses, securities, mergers and acquisitions, workouts and general corporate matters. Mr. Gallagher graduated cum laude from Villanova University School of Law. He received his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Boston College. Mr. Gallagher has been a member of the Chairman’s Golf Committee of the American Ireland Fund’s Philadelphia Golf Classic since 2006. He was recently honored by The American Ireland Fund at the 13th Annual Philadelphia Golf Classic and awards dinner held on September 8, 2014 at the Philadelphia Cricket Club.
The American Ireland Fund is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that assists the island of Ireland and Irish-related causes in the United States. For more than 35 years the organization has been recognized for the support it has given to community development, peace and reconciliation, arts and culture, and education in both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. The American Ireland Fund identifies worthy organizations that are active in these areas and provides grants to support their work.
