Mr. Pate represents both plaintiffs and defendants in complex tort litigation involving catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, construction accidents, nursing home neglect, medical malpractice and products liability claims. He also is a licensed patent attorney.

Mr. Pate is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law, where he was senior editor of the Texas Review of Law & Politics. He holds a bachelor of science degree from Texas Christian University.
