Pittsburgh, PA— LAWFUEL – The Law News Network – Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Nicholson Graham LLP (K&LNG) welcomes John K. Williamson to its intellectual property practice. Williamson comes to the firm from PPG Industries, Inc., where he was Assistant General Counsel, Intellectual Property.

Williamson’s practice focuses on all aspects of intellectual property, including litigation, licensing and infringement issues. He is experienced in both national and international trademark and patent matters, and has served as a leader in recent efforts for patent and trademark law reform. He has particular strengths in the development and implementation of intellectual property asset management strategies for industries ranging from consumer products and transportation to computer software and nuclear power.

David Ehrenwerth, administrative partner of K&LNG’s Pittsburgh office, said: “Intellectual property is an area that has become of top relevance to our clients, no matter what their industry. John’s leadership and experience are a strong addition to our intellectual property group as it continues to serve the legal needs of those we counsel.”

British MP George Galloway and his opponent the Daily Telegraph will leave no stone unturned to sort out what could be a spectacular libel case.
