Continues Expansion of Firm’s Significant Private Investment Funds Practice
NEW YORK—LAWFUEL – The Law Firm Newswire –Hedge fund and private equity lawyer Timothy M. Clark has joined the New York office of Proskauer Rose LLP as a partner, continuing the expansion of the firm’s significant private investment funds practice.
Mr. Clark has extensive experience representing a range of investment firms, in particular hedge funds, in connection with fund formation, complex transactions and regulatory issues.

In addition, Trevor Chaplick, a noted corporate and transactional lawyer and former head of the Washington, D.C. office of Wilson Sonsini, joined the firm as co-head of its Washington, D.C. office, and veteran real estate finance lawyers Louis Eatman, Douglas Frank and Andrea Ascher and capital markets lawyer Stuart Bressman have joined the firm as partners.
