WHAT: Plaintiff is claiming that the Arab Community Center for Economic
and Social Services (ACCESS) is in violation of discrimination against Yemeni
employees. The following counts have been filed in this U.S. District Court
lawsuit: Religious Discrimination, National Origin Discrimination,
Retaliation, Family and Medical Leave Act Violation and Age Discrimination.
U.S. District Court Judge Anna Diggs Taylor has been assigned to the case.
